Q: What should our readers know about your business?
A: Our approach is to be the best and most reliable resource to the companies and organizations who have entrusted us with their brand and marketing strategies. We exceed our clients’ expectations. Our focus is on our clients. We concentrate all of our resources and energies on their needs and visions. Our team becomes an integral part of our client‘s processes by understanding their goals. Through this process, we delineate their objectives, vision, and deliverables to develop a unique marketing strategy. We are Client-Centric. Because we are passionate about our work and committed to delivering the best, most effective products and marketing strategies possible. Because we are fully qualified to meet or exceed our clients’ most demanding expectations for creative solutions. By delivering superior products and services. Because we care. We earn the business and grow organically one opportunity at a time.

Q: Is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
Respected for quality. That is what separates me from my competition. Quality products and services. I spend the time to qualify my clients so based upon their feedback I am able to get to know them and to also provide solutions to make their project or event a success. They get to know me and appreciate that I do what I say I will do. My business is all about helping others succeed so what I do for them works and they receive the results they are looking to achieve. PromoShop understands that our clients entrust us with their brand. This has significance to us on many levels: quality, compliance, customer loyalty, program success and sales. We take ownership of that responsibility and commit to fostering success, security, and pride in brand identity. Our dedicated team members are equipped to provide the experienced support to develop and deliver products that are on spec, on time and on budget.

Q: Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
A: PromoShop Branded Products is a privately held, minority-owned, and certified, full-service promotional advertising and marketing firm. PromoShop was founded in 1998 to provide a broader range and higher level of marketing services to clients. By bringing together a team of individuals whose collective experience is greater than the sum of its parts, the company has thrived and its services continue to expand. Our core business is to provide creative marketing and promotional solutions for our client partners. Our in-house departments work collaboratively to create or research the ideal premiums or product ideas that exceed our clients’ objectives. PromoShop focuses its resources on the development and execution of marketing and merchandising initiatives that connect a brand with its target audience in a meaningful, memorable way. We create ideas that are objective-based and produce results that are clearly defined and measured.
