More and more individuals are transitioning to entrepreneurship, whether they are leaving their corporate job for more freedom, in hopes of a better financial future, or simply to scratch an itch. Whatever the reason may be, becoming an entrepreneur and starting a business is no easy task and you may seek help getting started or even help your growth from a business development company to help your goals.

“When entrepreneurs and business owners are looking for a firm to work with, they are often misguided by big promises of success and that all their dreams will come true. I’ve seen it happen time and time again,” says Dylan Howard, Founder of EvolPro – a business development company out of Prescott Valley, Arizona. “I take a different approach. I want to be someone they can trust and feel confident in working together. From there, we discuss their goals, what it will take to reach them, and establish expectations.”

Despite being someone a potential client can trust or even feels confident in working with, one of the issues many entrepreneurs face when wanting to work with a firm or company is price. Despite fierce competition globally, and many firms and companies to choose from, most still charge at premium levels, making it difficult for most businesses to get the support they need, let alone entrepreneurs just starting out.

“While tempting to charge at premium levels and having high-end offers, I have seen more times than I can count clients ending their contracts early because they can’t afford the monthly retainer anymore. That is why I designed my offers to be honest and fair, which is what I believe any potential client wants at the end of the day,” says Howard.

The name EvolPro is a combination of the words evolution and professional. Howard says that when deciding on the name he wanted to make sure it represented how he felt his business should be run. “When a client works with me I help them evolve to be the best they can be, making both small and incremental changes and adjustments while maintaining their brand and what they represent. Professionalism is at the heart of it all. I am honest in all of our conversations, outcomes as well as expectations.” says Howard.

In the 3 years since EvolPro’s inception, Howard has focused on helping numerous businesses and entrepreneurs either get their businesses started by creating a foundation for them to obtain clients and grow their businesses, bring awareness to their services and products through global PR efforts, first-page search engine rankings and more.

Over the course of Howard’s career, he has had the opportunity to work with entrepreneurs in numerous industries – ranging from tech, fitness, health and wellness, authors, fashion, and nonprofits, as well as many others. “Many firms and companies niche out for specific industries or even a specific service or offer. At EvolPro, I like to focus on either helping businesses and entrepreneurs create a solid foundation for themselves which at times includes redirection or brand awareness – as the world is filled with competition on every corner and oftentimes, it comes down to who is most well-known,” says Howard.

While there is competition in almost every industry, Howard says it doesn’t concern him. He believes that at the end of the day, businesses and entrepreneurs are going to do what they believe is best for them. “At the end of the day, entrepreneurs and business owners are just doing their best to grow their businesses. Whoever decides to work with me, I just want them to remember a great experience, with a company that was both honest and fair, and works to get them the results they both want, and need.”
