Breaking News: SealMaster Acquires Martin Marietta Miramar Sealcoat Manufacturing Plant

SealMaster continues to expand its California footprint with the acquisition of Martin Marietta’s Miramar sealcoat manufacturing plant in San Diego.

The company also opened a new storefront in Santa Ana. The plant will manufacture SealMaster pavement sealer. Both locations will distribute the company’s full line of pavement maintenance and sport surfacing materials, equipment, and tools.

“One of our hallmarks is providing our customers with everything they need in one stop, whether visiting our storefronts or taking delivery,” says Jason Hedlesky, SealMaster’s director of franchise development. “The more locations we add, the closer we get to more of our customers.”

SealMaster’s California locations also include Bakersfield, San Marcos, Sun Valley, and Vallejo. The company also plans to establish additional Western U.S. locations in Northern California, Nevada, Montana, and Washington. SealMaster has more than 140 locations coast to coast, and in Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
