You can find many tools online to augment your content research and ideation process or even find out what people are talking about online.

For example, some sites can give you ideas related to digital marketing and related topics, and sites are garnering traffic and engagement. Content automation can also help you determine keyword insights, competitor data, trends, and content gaps in one platform.

3. Content Publication, Distribution, and Promotion

Once you have created great content, you must publish and share it on multiple channels, including your social media channels, website, and email lists.

You should consider various factors before investing in a content automation platform.

  • Ease of use-Consider how easy it is for non-technical users to learn how to use the tool.
  • Features-Does your tool has all the necessary features relevant to your business? If not, what tools should you add?
  • Pricing-Is the tool affordable? Does it provide value for your money?
  • Security and privacy-How do the tool provide security and privacy? Some content automation tools may want to collect sensitive information for your customers.
  • Support-Does the platform has a support team? How quick is their response?

While there are many benefits associated with content automation, the best way is to use content automation solutions to augment but not replace human capabilities.

You must, however, conduct market research to select the right tool for automating repetitive manual processes, thus freeing their time for performing other higher-value tasks.

When used correctly, content automation tools help to increase organizational efficiency, enhance customer service, save money and create better products for your customers.
