Penile Girth Enhancement has experienced an unprecedented surge in popularity, establishing itself as the most sought-after male cosmetic procedure of the year, according to various medical studies.
“Much like lip fillers or breast implants, this treatment doesn’t just enhance sexual experiences but also boosts everyday confidence, whether in the locker room, at the beach or just walking around the bedroom,” says Cosmetic Innovator William Moore.
Once shrouded in taboo, this innovative procedure is becoming more mainstream with recent studies confirming its safety, efficacy, and positive impact on mental health. However, the industry has faced challenges from dubious procedures, leaving countless men desperate and disfigured, casting a shadow on the entire field.
Observing numerous botched procedures, Moore collaborated with medical professionals for 13 years to perfect the treatment. This led to the creation of PhalloFILL Girth Enhancement in June 2020 and the launch its network in March 2021.
“The procedure employs FDA-approved hyaluronic acid fillers, offers a first-of-its-kind post-care program, and requires all providers to complete in-person training,” Moore says.
The process begins with the application of a local anesthetic before the injection of 4 to 6 units of filler per session. Additional units may be administered at the provider’s discretion for larger anatomies.
“After the treatment, patients wear a compression garment and abstain from sexual activity for 7 to 10 days, a duration tailored by the provider according to individual anatomy,” Moore says.
PhalloFILL offers semi-permanent results known for their longevity, with patients reporting retention for as many as 4-6 years, he adds.Top of Form
Since its debut in Dallas in 2020, PhalloFILL has expanded to 20+ U.S. markets, along with Montreal, Canada, and Mexico City, making it one of the fastest-growing and most accessible option in the market.
“The network of PhalloFILL provider has propelled what was once a taboo procedure toward an industry monopoly,” Moore says.
PhalloFILL’s Newport Beach and Los Angeles locations have propelled California to the forefront as the most sought-after state for the procedure with more than 3,000 PhalloFILL procedures performed across the network in 2023.
“Central to this success,” Moore says, “are Dr. Joshua Gonzalez in Los Angeles and Dr. John Laura in Newport Beach. They are clinic owners who have been instrumental in establishing PhalloFILL’s prominence in the region.”
On January 1st, PhalloFILL began airing the first nationwide TV commercial for penile girth enhancement, strategically debuting in the Los Angeles and Newport Beach markets. This deliberate move is driven by the procedure’s favorable reception in Southern California and aligns with the company’s plans for extensive expansion, making PhalloFILL more accessible for men across the region.
The commercial is meticulously crafted, infusing humor while steering clear of explicit language to engage viewers, aiming to avoid offense and encourage men and couples to initiate the research process. The commercial sets a precedent in ‘Taboo Advertising,’ offering a valuable roadmap for other brands dealing with challenges related to essential products or services associated with various taboos and stigmas. In November of last year, a team of urologists presented a safety and efficacy study on PhalloFILL at the annual Scientific Meeting of the Sexual Medicine Society of North America (SMSNA) in San Diego. The study focused specifically on hyaluronic acid fillers, a crucial element in the treatment. The study highlighted an impeccable safety record and affirmed the reliability and effectiveness of the procedure, Moore says.
Through a comprehensive analysis of nearly 500 patients over a three year period, the study revealed no reported cases of erectile dysfunction, loss of sensation, or the necessity for surgery, Moore points out.
“Going beyond safety and efficacy, another study published in the Aesthetic Surgery Journal in 2022 demonstrated that penile fillers, when utilized for increased girth, significantly enhance men’s mental health and self-esteem,” he says.
In contrast to PhalloFILL, other experimental treatments like free fat grafting, silicone injections, and PMMA injections have resulted in serious complications for numerous patients, Moore says.
“Regrettably, some top urologists and men’s health providers have administered non-FDA approved products without their patients’ knowledge, leading to unnecessary complications. PhalloFILL’s network of providers ensures patients’ peace of mind by exclusively utilizing FDA-approved products and implementing stringent protocols. This commitment is crucial in achieving the desired natural and lasting results while prioritizing safety and reliability.”
In the heart of this burgeoning market for non-surgical procedures, a transformative narrative unfolds, characterized by an unwavering commitment to safety, reliability, and patient-centric care. “This movement lays the groundwork for men to nurture confidence and well-being, making choices rooted in principle and impactful results,” Moore says.
As the conversation around masculinity undergoes evolution, non-surgical penile girth enhancement “stands out as a courageous leap forward,” Moore concludes, “offering men the opportunity to embrace their unique identity and revel in the radiant glow of self-assurance.”
