Sigmon opened the first Allen Training Centers office in Huntington Beach in September 2017. Lanz expanded the Allen Training Center (ATC) coverage by opening his office in Irvine October 2018. Then Penn joined them in February 2019.
Sigmon spent 11 years with CarMax as the Regional Vice President and has extensive background in retail, holding executive positions at Kohl’s and Performance Bike Shops.
Lanz has 20 years of leadership in aerospace and high-tech industries. He has managed almost every functional discipline from software development to engineering, sales to accounting, program management to operations. He also participated in leadership development programs at Northrop Grumman and Eaton Corporation.
