“More and more, business leaders are seeking to upskill their existing workforce of executives and other managers through management development training and executive coaching,” Sigmon says. “We decided that with our diverse backgrounds and experience we could provide the skills and knowledge companies needed. With unemployment at record lows, and turnover at record highs, most companies are seeking the edge to hiring and retaining talent. We have the secret sauce to gain that edge.”
Finding great employees has never been harder. Low unemployment levels have dried up the talent pool dramatically. When a company loses a good employee, it is extremely difficult to replace them with someone of the same caliber.
Some intriguing statistics:
- Turnover in the American workplace is the highest in history.
- Recent Gallup Surveys reveal that 60% of employees asked would leave their job tomorrow if a better offer came along.
- 73% of the employees surveyed shared that they only stay in the job they have to get a paycheck.
“So shouldn’t you do everything you can be to hang onto your best employees?” Sigmon says.
Sigmon opened the first Allen Training Centers office in Huntington Beach in September 2017. Lanz expanded the Allen Training Center (ATC) coverage by opening his office in Irvine October 2018. Then Penn joined them in February 2019.
Sigmon spent 11 years with CarMax as the Regional Vice President and has extensive background in retail, holding executive positions at Kohl’s and Performance Bike Shops.
Lanz has 20 years of leadership in aerospace and high-tech industries. He has managed almost every functional discipline from software development to engineering, sales to accounting, program management to operations. He also participated in leadership development programs at Northrop Grumman and Eaton Corporation.
Penn has 25+ years’ experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry. He launched the first Outback Steakhouse brand in California, helped create and expand the Buca di Beppo concept, franchised and scaled the Counter Burger franchise, and partnered with Food Network star Aarón Sanchez to introduce several successful ventures.
The Results Driven Leadership Group uses the Allen Training Center (ATC) method of management development, which helps executives and other managers achieve greater results. The organization was founded by Wall Street Journal bestselling author Allen E. Fishman, who is also the founder of TAB Boards International. TAB is the world’s largest franchise system providing peer board and advisory services to business owners.
As a certified ATC Trainer and Coach, The Results Driven Leadership Group offers three training programs; High Impact Manager®, AlignUp® and Results Driven Sales Management® along with Executive Coaching.
“Executives and other managers can be taught how to become a higher performing manager and leaders in their organizations,” Lanz says. “ATC’s unique blend of online, classroom and executive coaching makes sure that participants not only understand the fundamentals of great management and leadership but shows them how to readily apply them inside their organizations.”
ATC training and coaching is based upon real-world applications, not just theory. The methodologies work with organizations of every size because most challenges that stand in the way of executives and other managers delivering great results are the same.
ATC’s proprietary methods have been applied since 1970, by tens of thousands of organizations around the world, to make managers and their organizations produce greater results. ATC’s tools and processes are easily customized for use by managers in organizations of all sizes and in every field.
