New York, NY— Prager Metis CPAs, LLC, a leading accounting and advisory firm with offices in the U.S. and London, named Jonny Joseph, CA (SA), CPA as its newest Director in the Audit department. He will be based in Prager Metis’ El Segundo/Los Angeles California office.
Mr. Joseph is a contract compliance and financial audit specialist. In addition, Mr. Joseph performs other contract compliance audits, fraud investigations, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence and operational reviews, and works extensively with in-house and outside counsel.
Mr. Joseph’s industry experience includes franchising, consumer products, apparel, software, employee benefit plans, not-for-profit, and the entertainment & music industries. He also has provided professional services, including annual financial statement audits, to retailers, wholesalers, manufacturers, construction, real estate management and development companies, financial services, and emerging technology companies. He also has a long history of working with labor unions.
