Customers know that COVID-19 and the lockdowns have caused delays and the unavailability of products, so most will understand when they are informed that they have to wait for their items to arrive. The important thing is making sure customers are always kept up to date with friendly messages so that drop shipping businesses can retain those customers long after COVID-19 has finally ceased to be such a tragic problem.
