Burns Funding Forms Strategic Alliance with IdeaPros

Burns Funding, the alternative funding company that helps entrepreneurs and investors obtain private capital to fund their businesses as well as embrace passive income opportunities, has formed a strategic alliance with IdeaPros®, which could have a major impact on the entrepreneurial landscape.

San Diego-based IdeaPros is a business incubator and accelerator company that specializes in helping entrepreneurs and startups turn their ideas into successful businesses. Specifically, it provides a range of services including product development, marketing, branding, and fundraising support. IdeaPros typically partners with founders and takes an active role in building and growing the business.

While the company has already helped hundreds of entrepreneurs realize their dreams, there are tens of thousands of other would-be small business owners who can’t secure the funding that is required to engage IdeaPros.

Burns Funding is actively filling that gap, utilizing financial connections it has curated over the last four decades.

Peter J. Burns

“We have hundreds of private investors who have come to trust Burns Funding and are willing to back that up with their capital,” said Peter J. Burns, III, CEO of Burns Funding. “This attitude is in direct opposition to the reception that entrepreneurs receive from and other conventional lending sources.”

Burns Funding has already facilitated two IdeaPros clients entrepreneurs, with dozens filling the pipeline every week.

First, Burns helped Ray Maniaci, the CEO and Co-Founder of TheBestWebsiteEver.com TBWE (https://tbwe.com/), which is a unique advertising and prize-winning experience. It bills itself as “the one website you want to visit every day to increase your chances of winning great prizes from your favorite brands.”

Specifically, TBWE allows the world to decide who “The Best Evers” really are, and displays live results for everyone to see, Meanwhile, it guarantees that “users can and will win prizes simply for voting.” Free registration is offered to both voters and brands.

Ray Maniaci

“We notify the brands you vote for when you ‘win’ (vote for them and beat the voting odds), giving brands the unique ability to thank or reward their true fans (you) for voting for them in any way they choose,” Maniaci says.  “Our site allows you to vote for things you truly love, want, and enjoy, knowing there’s always a chance you will win something directly from them.”

The funds coming from Burns Funding allow entry into the IdeaPros and will support sales and marketing efforts by TBWE, dramatically expanding its footprint.

“This capital raised through Burns Funding’s program will be instrumental in helping us achieve our business objectives,” Maniaci says. “We finally have what we need to fully realize my dream as an entrepreneur.”

Dr. Cliff

Shortly after securing Maniaci’s funding, Burns Funding obtained seven figure funding for Dr. Cliff Janke, a practicing physician who also has interests in multiple Freestanding Emergency Rooms. Dr. Janke, who is an accredited investor, has recently been funded by Burns Funding to participate in IdeaPros’ Private Placement Memorandum.

Maniaci and Dr. Janke are also participating, with the help of Burns Funding, in an IdeaPros investment program.

“Both of these entrepreneurs recognize the value proposition of IdeaPros and the opportunity that is available to them,” Burns says. “Our unique funding approach can unlock tens of millions of dollars in capital for entrepreneurs, who can choose to invest the money in their own business, the IdeaPros opportunity, or a selection of passive income opportunities that Burns Funding has cultivated.”

Peter

Dr. Janke: “Peter and Burns Funding have been instrumental in giving me the financial flexibility to take advantage of investment opportunities, most recently – IdeaPros. Peter’s endless energy, creativity, and a tremendous grasp of the business world from decades of entrepreneurial experience, has been instrumental to my success as an entrepreneur.”

Burns noted that he was impressed that IdeaPros, which was recently profiled in USA Today here: https://www.usatoday.com/story/sponsor-story/frederick-cary/2021/06/09/ideapros-founder-offers-complete-solution-entrepreneurs-big-ideas/7600855002/

Shortly thereafter, Burns started Club Entrepreneur to bring entrepreneurs together in an “open- entrepreneurship” platform. The chapter attracted 10,000 members.

In 2016, Burns moved to the West Coast and started Burns Funding to help entrepreneurs secure hard-to-get funding for their businesses. Taken as a whole, Burns says all the businesses have a “common thread.”

“Every business I start represents my desire to help existing and would-be entrepreneurs reach their full potential,” Burns concludes. “Too often, they give up because of a lack of capital. I set out to solve that problem and won’t rest until every entrepreneur who needs money can secure it.”
