Bradford & Barthel, LLP, an industry-leader in aggressive workers’ compensation defense matters, has announced the opening of its new Nevada operation.

The firm will now offer workers’ compensation defense services to insurance carriers, third-party administrators and employers outside of California for the first time.

“We are thrilled to be expanding into Nevada which is the next logical step in our business growth strategy,” said Tom Bradford, a founding partner at the firm. “The move will greatly increase our ability to service our clients in current and future markets, starting with the great state of Nevada.”

Long-time partner Jeannene L. Lafarga, Esq. will manage the Nevada operation. Lafarga has focused her 20-year career solely within the workers’ compensation arena. She received her juris doctorate from the University of the Pacific’s McGeorge School of Law and bachelor’s degree from Cal State University-Los Angeles. Lafarga is also a member of the Nevada and California State Bars.
