You and the moving team may have difficulty loading and unloading the truck when the weather is near zero degrees. Families with children might also have a harder time traveling in cold weather. People who live in the warmer south and are staying within southern states may fare better than those from the north. If you have no choice but to move to another state in winter, thoroughly plan ahead. Expect to make many changes before and during relocation, especially when the weather isn’t in your favor.
