Supporting a Workforce That Cares for Our Loved Ones

When a family member drops their loved one off at a Behavior Frontiers center or when a Behavior Frontiers team member comes to a family’s home, they want to be assured that they will be well cared for and that the provider truly cares about the services they provide and how they change the lives of our loved ones.

Operating over 40 locations across the U.S., Behavior Frontiers employs over 2,500 team members. We marvel at how they come to the job each day with a goal to make someone’s life a little better. A little easier. A little brighter.

So our goal as an employer is to mutually support and champion each team member inside and outside of the workplace by creating personalized opportunities. Whether they’re just starting out in their careers or are experienced in the field, we are dedicated to focusing on their dynamic development, upward growth, and access to company leadership to advance their career and family lives successfully.

Supporting Employees In and Out of the Workplace

We understand our team members have a life outside the office. For some employees that may mean taking care of their children or families. For others, it could be attending school.

So, as employers, how can we meet our employees where they’re at to support them in their lives outside of work? What we hear from our employees is the need for modernized benefits that support employees holistically.

Modernized Benefits and Flexibility

In today’s workforce, employees are asking for flexibility to thrive in their careers and personal lives, and flexibility has been a key priority in satisfying the needs of our employees’ well-being. Outside of the workplace, offering discounts on monthly gym membership and around-the-clock access to healthcare providers or mental health counselors has been vital.

We began offering a highly impactful financial wellness benefit, DailyPay, in January of 2022. DailyPay offers our employees the utmost financial flexibility, allowing employees to access their pay as they earn it, rather than waiting for a designated payday. This has been very popular amongst our team members. In fact, over two-thirds of our employees are currently enrolled in this voluntary benefit. Our employees have the money they’ve earned on hand to pay for unexpected expenses, pay bills, save, invest, and spend as they please.

As we build a generational workforce, we want to support employees wherever they are in their careers. For this reason, we offer discounts at specific (ABA) Master’s or Certificate programs and paid specialized training to help boost behavior technician’s careers.

Offering these benefits boosts employee engagement and makes them feel empowered. We see more engagement and overall satisfaction knowing that employees can bring their best selves to the workplace. Listening to the needs of your employees can make or break their experience at your organization.
