Sigmon spent 11 years with CarMax as the Regional Vice President and has extensive background in retail, holding executive positions at Kohl’s and Performance Bike Shops.

Lanz has 20 years of leadership in aerospace and high-tech industries. He has managed almost every functional discipline from software development to engineering, sales to accounting, program management to operations. He also participated in leadership development programs at Northrop Grumman and Eaton Corporation.

Penn has 25+ years’ experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry. He launched the first Outback Steakhouse brand in California, helped create and expand the Buca di Beppo concept, franchised and scaled the Counter Burger franchise, and partnered with Food Network star Aarón Sanchez to introduce several successful ventures.
