  • Encouraging breaks and self-care: Many employees feel pressure to constantly work and push themselves, leading to burnout and stress. Organizations can promote mindfulness by encouraging employees to take regular breaks throughout the day to recharge and practice self-care. They can go for a walk, do some stretching exercises, or simply disconnect from work for a few minutes. This can help employees feel more focused and productive when they return to their tasks.
