The merchant services industry is the lifeblood of any business. Handling thousands of transactions every month, businesses depend on a reliable merchant service provider to make sure their business not only runs smoothly for their customers but is equally as important for their own finances.

However, finding the right merchant services provider is much more complex than you would think. There are fees to consider, how they manage their reports if they can support you based on how much business you generate, as well as a number of other factors.

Dustin Magaziner

When Dustin Magaziner founded PayBright in 2012, he was just a regular college student looking for a way he could make some money to hang out with his friends. Fast forward more than 10 years later, he is focused on revolutionizing the merchant services industry and is establishing PayBright as one of the leading merchant service providers, with a true emphasis and commitment to agents and their local merchants.

“I created the concept ‘merchant services done right,’ which PayBright uses in all of our business dealings.” says Magaziner, “It means PayBright provides agents and merchants with the experience they deserve – no rate increases, no early termination fees, free equipment, and of course top of the line support.”

PayBright is focused on providing both its merchants and agents with a “wow!” experience. They do everything within their power to offer the best deals and provide outstanding support to everyone they work with, making sure they are treated fairly and ethically with all their work dealings.

Since its inception in 2012, Magaziner has not only made PayBright a leading competitor within the merchant services industry but continues to lead PayBright and its team to new heights. Not only have they nearly doubled their business year after year due to their service, but PayBright’s team of professionals is always focused on making their customers feel like a priority.

“For me, it is vital that PayBright’s employees be goal oriented and driven,” says Magaziner, “but beyond that, I want them to truly care about PayBright’s success and be excited to come to work every day. This is what allows them to continuously provide a ‘wow!’ experience to PayBright’s sales partners and merchants.”

For the merchant services industry, a huge part of earning a customer’s trust and maintaining customer satisfaction is making good on your promises. In other words, maintaining the status quo. “At the end of the day, merchants and sales partners want a reliable service that is not only going to deliver on what was originally promised, but one that is going to go above and beyond to make sure they are satisfied and not feel taken advantage of,” says Magaziner.

Industry veterans told Magaziner that not only was his business model awful but that he would fail and be out of business within 2 years. However, not only did this motivate him more, he was determined to prove that PayBright would revolutionize the merchant services industry.

Now, after more than 10 successful years within the industry, PayBright helps thousands of businesses and hundreds of sales agents and is rapidly growing across the US. They expect to add at least 300 new sales partners in 2023 alone.

“I never expected this to be my career path,” says Magaziner, “what started off as me knocking on doors to help save businesses money has turned into something so much bigger than I could have ever imagined, and I couldn’t be luckier.”
