Future Offices Summer Announces Six San Francisco Site Tours For August 2019

Featured SF Site Tours: Salesforce, LinkedIn, Instacart HQ, Patreon HQ, Twitter HQ, Knotel HQ

From the California Business Journal Newswire.

Future Offices Summer will hold complimentary site tours of the area’s coolest and newest offices. Step into guided tours led by heads of real estate to understand the planning and execution of their architecture, space utilization and technology implementations.

Salesforce – 415 Mission Street, San Francisco

The Salesforce Tower currently stands as the tallest tower in San Francisco. Located on the 61st floor, the Ohana floor features sweeping 360-degree views at the highest point in San Francisco at 1,070 feet. While serving as the penthouse for Salesforce employees, the floor serves concurrently as a meeting space for Salesforce customers and the overall community.

LinkedIn – 222 Second Street, San Francisco

LinkedIn’s design team of its office tower modeled the office to encourage the employees to explore the building and new experiences that brings employees closer together with their community. The deliberate layout was designed to stimulate movement throughout the day and to help build stronger connections and relationships between teams and colleagues.

Instacart HQ – 50 Beale St Suite 600, San Francisco

Instacart’s 46,000 square foot HQ provides spaces for concentrated work and informal collaboration and socialization. Cafes provide a warm and inviting place for staff to work and meet with visitors in a retail-like experience, with full coffee bars inspired by favorite neighborhood haunts near their original office. Visual access between the spaces removes hierarchy and allows visitors to immediately feel “at home” in the space.

Patreon HQ 600 Townsend Street, San Francisco

Built in 2018, the artist-membership platform headquarters is an ideal environment for both employees and visiting artists to collaborate on projects including recording facilities, art studios, and creator-inresidence suites. The space was designed to reflect Patreon’s focus on “community” with distinct “neighborhood” aesthetics to provide a variety of moods, lighting, and levels of energy.

Twitter HQ 1355 Market Street, Suite 900, San Francisco

Twitter’s headquarters is a one-of-a-kind experience as the workplace design promotes the Twitter culture, supports creativity, and appeals directly to the positive and passionate staff. The multi-floored urban campus also boasts a cafeteria, a yoga studio, a fitness room, and multiple game rooms. The roof-top garden and social area where employees can spend time outdoors will leave you in awe.

Knotel HQ 785 Market Street, 12th floor, San Francisco

Knotel’s HQ shows off an ideal flexible space by combining polished concrete floors, an open layout, exposed ceilings, and an abundance of windows. The space pushes for controlled collaboration, and more privacy and personalization.
